The Friends of Enfield Chase is Go!

Posted on 04/05/2022

Hello, and welcome to our new website. We are the Friends of Enfield Chase, and we recently formed to support the newly created Enfield Chase woodlands. Over the last two winters 100,000 trees have been planted to create a new publicly accessible parkland, which also has the added benefit of reducing the risk of flooding. As a group we’ll be involved in practical conservation activities to ensure the woodland grows healthily.

Hello. I’m the author of the guidebooks for the London Loop and Pymmes Brook Trail, and am working on a guide to a proposed Salmons Brook Trail. I would like to be added to your mailing list and join as a member if that’s possible. Many thanks.

      Hi Colin
Many thanks for your valued enquiry. We are, as you will no doubt notice, in the process of setting up (and frequently adding content) to our website and establishing a mailing list plus, of course, happy to add folk like your good self to our membership…Our inaugaral walk yesterday was a great success with many new folk experiencing the joys of the walk and the brilliant waether showed itself at its best. Perhaps, if you can let us have as much information on your guide we can discuss how it can be mutually beneficial and if your guide to the trail could include links to our website that would be greatly appreciated and of course we are happy to assist with any info you may not already have acquired.
      Stay well…and welcome aboard
      Ralph K
